Once we arrive, show us where the bed is going. We will bring the mattress and frame pieces through to the right room, so you can get settled in without doing another round of heavy lifting.

Before we get there, it is handy if the bed has been stripped, the sheets and pillows are out of the way, and there is a clear run from the bedroom to the front door. If the frame needs to come apart, chuck the screws and bolts in a labelled bag and keep it with the bed parts—saves a heap of hassle when it is time to put it back together. Makes life heaps easier when it is time to put it back together.
